T-shirts for Raise the Roof Competition
Good morning, Directors!
We are getting excited about our upcoming Raise the Roof competition and are looking forward to hosting you and your groups that day!
I am writing to let you know about our t-shirts for the competition this year and how your students can order one. We have changed the design this year to a long sleeve shirt with the names of all participating groups listed on the left sleeve. A graphic of that sleeve design is below as well as one for the entire shirt. We do most of our sales as pre-orders and will have them available to your students when they arrive at Kennedy on the 25th. There will also be a few available on the day of the competition, but not very many. So if your students would like to have one, it’s ideal if they can order one in advance.
If you’d like to either print off the attached order form or simply forward this email to your members, that would be great. I would be happy to pick them up at your school on Friday the 10th if you’re in Cedar Rapids. Otherwise, they can be mailed to the Vocal Department at Kennedy at the address listed on the bottom of the form. If you mail them, you can just let me know how many your group has ordered and I will include them—whether or not they arrive before the deadline.
